This month, our activation session is about activating and anchoring in your TRUEST destiny, purpose, and power. In other words, it's about NEWNESS.

New freedom. New stories. New energy. New dreams. New us. New world.

We're working with two potent energies: The new moon in Gemini and the transition from Saturn in Pisces to Saturn in Aries.

As always, it doesn't matter if you're totally up on the astrology of it all. I only offer that for those who are.

I'll guide you through an activating meditation, followed by gentle, sensual movement, with a mantra to anchor in the seeds you planted earlier. Then I'll give you time to move more freely with a playlist designed to have you experiencing your whole entire self through the body in loving and liberating ways aligned with our themes.
