I recommend anywhere you can sit comfortably without creating extra tension or strain on your body. Back support is recommended if that will help you drop in and relax without the pressure of needing to keep an upright posture.
You also want to dress comfortably, nothing that makes you feel restricted in your body. AND if you want to add some sacredness to your space, light a candle (unscented preferably) and say a prayer or set an intention beforehand if that's your thing.
