Wild Soul Flow - Navigating Intensity
Wild Soul Flow class is a place to reclaim and redefine your connection and relationship to your body, your sensuality, and how you live, move, express, love, and respect yourself.
Each playlist is carefully curated to a theme that will have you experiencing your body in loving and liberating ways you likely never have before (unless you’ve taken class already!).
Part intuitive, sensual movement, part free dance, these classes are kind of like pole dancing but without the pole.
No dance experience is necessary and any fitness level is welcome. We also provide modifications for anyone who needs them.
HOW TO SHOW UP FOR THE SESSION:
1. Have a practice space set up for yourself.
I recommend a yoga mat, blanket or pillows for comfort, and if you have trouble getting up and down from the floor, a chair nearby so you can modify any movements you need to. You also want to dress comfortably, nothing that makes you feel restricted in your body. AND if you want to add some sacredness to your space, light a candle or some incense, and say a prayer or set an intention beforehand if that's your thing.
2. Have some water with you and also a pen and paper, for a little reflection afterward.
3. Do your best to eliminate distractions during the practice. It's most effective when you can be present and focused.
4. If you're someone who likes to integrate or process after, maybe mark off an extra 30 minutes+ afterward so you can relax and not have to jump right into some activity, if possible.
