Wild Soul Movement - Surrender - “Less control, more magic.”
Wild Soul MOVEMENT uses breath and sensual movement to learn how to connect with and trust the body, mantra to reprogram the mind, and meditation to cultivate inner peace.
HOW TO SHOW UP FOR THE SESSION:
1. Have a practice space set up for yourself.
I recommend a yoga mat, blanket or pillows for comfort, and if you have trouble getting up and down from the floor, a chair nearby so you can modify any movements you need to. You also want to dress comfortably, nothing that makes you feel restricted in your body. AND if you want to add some sacredness to your space, light a candle or some incense, and say a prayer or set an intention beforehand if that's your thing.
2. Have some water with you and also a pen and paper, for a little reflection afterward.
3. Do your best to eliminate distractions during the practice. It's most effective when you can be present and focused.
4. Plan for an hour - we usually only move for 35-45 minutes, but it’s nice to have some extra space afterwards to transition back into your day.
